  What a joke of a team. I have never in my life until this point had bad service at a jimmy johns but this was a total and complete failure on the customer service front. I ordered my kids food at 1136am. I get the food at 1227 pm missing my child's cookie. I call immediately I speak to the most stoned worker I think they had there. He was cussing while he talked told me to come to the store and get it i said i csnt becasue im watching a disbaked person and small kids and thats why i chose delivery then said well what do you wanna do? Idk what to do? Do you know what to do? So I ask for a manager and he says oh like a manager? Or like a manager manager? Like what kind of manager? I was jaw dropped at this point. The manager answers and was nice and understanding said ill have it right out for you. An hour and 15 passes and no cookie so I call again get a new manager who was dismissive, non apologetic and said oh we havent sent it yet but will now. Another hour and 5 minutes pass I call again only to be told by the same manager oh we missed sending it and tried blaming the system. So now we are over 3 hours waiting for a cookie from a store 5 minutes from my house. I asked for a refund of cookie and I will escalate this to corporate for a full refund. I am appaled at the pure lack of basic customer service. Its not about the cookie at this point its the principle.

  Everytime I order a number #10 from this location and this will be the third time. It is light on the meat and the sandwich has no cheese!

  I guess it's not freaky fast anymore? When I got my order delivered, 45 minutes later, not all items were there that were on the receipt. I could've called and asked, but why? To wait 45 minutes for a pickle? I always forget why I rarely order, until I don't.

  I love the food and the place, but I have food allergies and made a mistake thinking my sandwich did not come with mayo. When I realized this and came back I was told they were too busy to remake it and that I would have to buy another. It was not really helpful either by talking about that at least I’d get more points added to my account and next time it would add up to some new reward.
