  Worst restaurant in the twin cities, do not go here. The employees post screenshots of your orders, with your name and phone number shown, on social media to mock you and try to get your house robbed or worse.

  I miss the days Jimmy John's was fast when you could go in the store and get a sandwich within 10 mins. 30 min wait times to make a sandwich these days. Bring back only Jimmy's or drop the freaky fast slogan.

  Subs so slow you'll scream. Horrible service so many employees just standing around not willing to help or do anything. Expect to wait 15-20 minutes for a sandwich. No one working there should be in the service industry.

  ordering the food was quick, the staff was friendly, My partner made a mistake when ordering and the customer service to correct that dropped, we were told we couldn't replace the food, instead to order a new sandwich, not for $12 no we're not losing MORE money because they don't want to replace the order

  Despite being placed almost 24 hours before, scheduled order was not ready for 40 minutes after the pickup time. Team at Jimmy John's did not have an ETA for the pickup upon my arrival. Very frustrating and resulted in a huge waste of time.
