  The Ultimate Italian is insane! I tried something new and was blown away. I typically do delivery, but it takes a while since this place is so busy over lunch, so I drove in for takeout. The line was quick, the staff was all smiles, and I was in out with my warm sandwich. The meat portion is insane on this sub. I will definitely have this again. Thanks for feeding the community and bringing a positive attitude with it!

  There’s nothing “freaky fast” about this place. Took over an hour just to deliver a Big John single sandwich. Pro tip: If ordering for delivery, use DoorDash or Uber Eats & not the JJ app. You’ll likely stand a better chance of getting your money back. Total waste. Hire more drivers~

  I just had my worst JJ experience ever. Food took an hour to get here we'll give the the lunch benefit of the doubt on that one. They delivered it to the wrong address (2nd time this has happened). And when I tried to call them to try to let them know they just didn't answer the phone. It's lunch, I get they're busy but wow... So much for freaky fast... likely won't be ordering from here anymore.
