I ask for a small milkshake, they charge me for a regular sized one and just try and say "oh it's only a couple of cents difference it doesn't matter" or "you're misunderstanding tax". It's neither of those things, they are trying to charge me extra for a larger size cup that I never ask for or ordered for. I no longer feel comfortable getting anything from here because of how combative they are when I call them out for ringing me up wrong.
