I save money over shopping at Cub. Some things may be priced higher but quality deli and bakery items are offset by great deals on other things. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed.

Great example is the whole beef tenderloin in a bag that they apparently have on sale for $16/lb. Been in the store several times over the past week and never once noticed it available. Availability on a lot of chicken, beef and pork items is scarce and pricing is high. Odd selection and brand choice on a lot of day to day items.
