Tell them my story and dude says, 1 sec... put on hold another 10. Call back and explain again and I get hung up on. Call again and am told they'll bring new but want the old lol what they brought still looked bad but my kids were too hungry at that point. Horrible service. Pic is new pizza

The worker was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. Every time I called, I was put on hold and left waiting instead of getting an actual answer or solution. The delivery service was just as bad. My order was never delivered, yet trying to get someone on the phone to explain what happened felt impossible. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly call a restaurant just to find out where food I already paid for is. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced from a pizza place. Being ignored, kept on hold, and spoken to rudely is unacceptable. If you can’t deliver the order, at least have the professionalism to communicate with the customer and make things right. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this location and will not be ordering from here again.

- WWWillieJul 1, 20261.0Everyone, do NOT order from this location. I ordered a sandwich and wings, and I'll be attaching pictures so everyone can see exactly what I was served. I've ordered plenty of Domino's sandwiches and wings before, and this is NOT how they're supposed to look. The sandwich looked like it was thrown together with no care at all, and the wings appeared undercooked to the point that I couldn't even eat them. I literally had to throw my food away. It was a complete waste of my money. I placed my order 30 minutes before closing time, and this is what happens when you order from a lazy location where the employees only care about the paycheck instead of the quality of the food they serve their customers. If you're open and accepting orders, then do your job and make the food the right way. Being close to closing is not an excuse. What made this even worse was the manager's attitude. When I called to explain what happened, he told me he wasn't going to do anything about it. Then he told me I could call the corporate customer service number, but that I wouldn't get any results. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to make things right, he completely brushed me off. Now I understand why this location only has three stars. The food was unacceptable, the customer service was even worse, and nobody seemed to care. This location has lost my business for good, and I hope other people think twice before wasting their money here.
