- MDMohamed Dafe6 days ago1.0This location has been extremely disappointing. I called multiple times trying to place an order, and the calls kept getting disconnected. It honestly felt like they weren’t interested in helping customers. It’s frustrating to experience this from a place like Domino’s Pizza. I was simply trying to order food for my kids, but I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to assist me with the order. Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this location.

I bought two pizzas the first pizza I added extra sauce and extra sausage didn’t look like either the second pizza I got extra sauce and extra chicken barely any chicken i’ve been going to this location for more than 15 years and it has went downhill. if you’re able to choose a different location, I would do so.

I called this evening to order 2 pizzas (a large cheese and pepperoni ) and cheese sticks and I don’t know if the guy was on drugs or what, but he wouldn’t even speak to me ! the worst Customer Service skills ever! Several times I was like hello are you there? I asked him if there were any specials because I saw one for 6.99 online. and he basically was like oh yeah sure and didn’t say anything after that for almost 2 minutes so I thought I was on hold. So awkward and unprofessional. When I did finally get him to talk he said it’d be 15-20 minutes for the pizza. We waited in the lobby at the hotel for 40 minutes. I called back to ask if he was close, he said he’s in the lobby. I responded no, we are in the lobby and have been for 40 minutes. The same guy just sat there silent and I was like hello ? and then he hung up on me! I called back four times after that and asked for a manager and they put me on hold or hung up on me. It’s obvious management and owners do not care about the store because all the complaints seem to be the same. Get some quality workers there because the ones there tonight we’re not it! Worst experience ever! Reported to corporate!
