I went through the drive thru and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger meal, with a doctor pepper, and fries. I also ordered a chicken strip sandwich basket, add cheese, bacon, and no tomatoes, fries, and a doctor pepper. I also ordered with my coupon, two blizzards. It was buy one, get one for $1. So I did a medium New York strawberry cheesecake blizzard and a butterfinger blizzard. I sat in the line for about 15 minutes, okay cool. I get to the window, I pay. I receive my drinks. The tall caps. They’re extremely light. I open the top, and there’s literally a half a cup full or Dr Pepper in both cups. When he gave me the pops, he closed the window, so I’m sitting there for another 5 minutes before I could say anything about the pop. He comes to the window and gives me my food, he instantly starts to walk away and I had to say “excuse me” for him to turn around. I mean not even a thank you or have a good day. I show him the pop and he takes them and fills them up. The cups are now all full of pop. As he was filling the cups I look in the bag to make sure everything was in there, I’m missing all three ranch cups I ordered, and the fries are cold, and the box they come in, I kid you not, had maybe about 8 fries in there total. So he tells me to come in. I go in, and I show a manager what was going on, and he was like, “omg, that’s not okay” and he goes and tell the girl in the back to make new fries and fill the box and the girl goes, “we have large fries for them to order”. Now at this point I’m upset. I have blizzards sitting in my car and it’s hot, I made that clear to the manager, he goes, “aw man, you could’ve brought them in here and we could’ve put them in the freezer for you.” I am absolutely appalled at this point. So it takes like 5 minutes and 2 new blizzards later and I finally leave and go home. I get home because I live across the street and the bacon on my chicken strip sandwich was 100% raw! I mean to the point where I couldn’t even take it off my sandwich and just eat it without the bacon. I wasn’t going to risk getting sick. The bacon is also raw on the double cheeseburger bacon sandwich. So I had to leave my house, go back to the restaurant and the managers face dropped and I said, “what would you do if i told you the bacon on my sandwiches are raw?” He says , “I know you’re telling the truth because you came back.” I open the wrappers and took the bacon off the chicken sandwich and wiggles the bacon and his mouth dropped. I then had to wait 10 minutes for my food and they didn’t even give me fresh fries that were sitting at home while I had the sandwiches back at the restaurant. We never even got to eat the blizzards because they had to go in the freezer and everyone knows you have to eat your blizzard within 30 minutes of it being made and frozen. Absolutely unacceptable. And then not to mention, the manager there had sweat pants on, sagging extremely bad, and had holes all in the sweat pants! I have a picture of it. I’m absolutely appalled and very disgusted with this particular store. The health department and Gordon Ramsey need to come into that restaurant and do some serious work. It’s disgusting in there and it’s horribly ran and nobody should eat out of there ever.

We walked in with one customer ahead of us, she was receiving help from the manager. He went to the back and we still received no help from any of the team members, not even a simple greeting. We waited about 10 minutes or more until someone took our order. Even then we didn't receive an apology whatsoever. Terrible experience and terrible customer service!

I used to love the chicken strip baskets at Dairy Queen, but the quality has really gone downhill lately. The chicken strips used to be big, crispy, flavorful, and actually filling. Now the portions are noticeably smaller, the strips look overcooked and dry, and the basket just doesn’t feel worth the price anymore. The fries and overall presentation used to make it feel like a great comfort meal, but recently it’s been disappointing. Hoping this location can bring back the quality that made the chicken strip basket so good in the first place.

Good food and ice cream. Also relatively clean. Understaffed constantly unfortunately though. Takes like 20 minutes for a order of chicken strips.
