The service quality has declined significantly over the last few years. What was once a vibrant atmosphere with friendly staff has turned into a consistently negative experience, with slow service and indifferent care for the customers. Today, I placed a simple espresso order at 7:47 and by 8:12 my order was still not ready, and I had to leave without it to get to work. While I understand this was a peak time, a 25 minute wait for a single drink is excessive. While waiting alongside roughly 20 other customers, I watched several people inform the staff of missing items, incorrect orders, or orders accidentally taken by others. The staff appeared nonplussed with no leadership taking charge of the situation. While losing $5 is not the end of the world, it is clear that this location is no longer focused on providing quality service. Although I still have acceptable experiences at other Caribou locations, the performance at France & Old Shakopee has deteriorated to the point where I can no longer support it.

I love the flavor but have noticed that 8 out of 10 times, the cups are filled 3-4 inches Below the top of the cup!?! When we've brought it to the attention of the baristas, they get rude & defensive. If I wanted a Large instead of an Extra Large I'd have ordered one!

Although it wasn't busy at all, it was a challenge to find a table for 4. There were a few single people sitting at tables for 4 and there was one huge long table which we didn't want to sit at in case a larger group came in. It would be great to switch out that long table and replace it with some tables for 2 or 4, but other than that this is a great location with great coffee!

Today I ordered a Camfire Mocha and there was no bean (per usual) but when I got home (2 blocks away) there were also no marshmallows! Thats the whole reason I got the campfire instead of a regular mocha.
