  Just came here on a solo date & my servers name was BLEN. It was her first day & she was absolutely amazing! She made sure I had everything I needed, was very attentive & gave me a great choice on a drink I should get with my food & she made the right call! The drink was delicious! If you decide to spend some time at Cadillac ranch let BLEN serve you! You won’t regret it :) thank you BLEN! Your awesome even on your first day 💕

  We had an amazing experience at this location. We were brought right to a really nice table. Our server, Swede, was out here almost instantly with drinks. She made some great recommendations on the food. The tacos I had were phenomenal... Do yourself a favor and get the chicken tinga tacos. My daughter got the s'mores brownie, and it is delightful, but buyer beware! Make sure you share it because it is huge if you try to eat it by yourself. Good luck! Food was great, or the server Swede was great, the atmosphere is phenomenal. I love the guitars that are hung all over the place. If you're really ambitious, there's a mechanical bull you can ride. I didn't ride it because I would have whooped it!

  Dev, you made this experience beyond the need for review. Please continue to innovate the food service industry, the food was immaculate, but the service set this experience to the fore front of the industry. It is a see it to believe it kind of joy!

  We visited the MoA today for the first time, which it was way nicer than I thought, and needed somewhere to eat that had some variety so we decided to try Cadillac Ranch. I eat Phillys often and saw they had one on the menu, so my wife and I decided to give it a try. Dev was our server, so ofc I got the beef Philly, my wife got Tinga tacos.. both those food choices were really good. Honestly, one of the best Phillys I've ever had. I had mine with provolone, all the veggies just with the cooked onions on the side so I could just put light onions on it. Also had some horseradish on the side which I put just a slight bit on the Philly, and it was quite amazing actually. The restaurant was nice and open, wasn't cramped, and comfortable. So overall we thought this restaurant was a great place to eat and we are glad we did. If there was anything I didnt like, was I wish they had some other beer choices. They have a few, but I'm just not a huge fan of IPA's 🤷‍♂️ and the choices they had. But when I go to eat somewhere the food is way more important than beer choices.

  The restaurant is absolutely beautiful, very clean and is just a really fun environment. They also hide a little stuffed bull in the restaurant and give you a sticker if you can find him. So fun! There is also the bull but I wasn't that brave. Katie M. was our server and she was amazing! Very sweet and welcoming, she was attentive to our table and made it a great experience. Tried a Juicy Lucy for the first type and I honestly completely understand the hype lol. They have several local beers on Tap and the nachos are AMAZING. We'll definitely come back the next time we visit!
