  I will never be going back to Brueggers. I used to go almost every day before Covid for a bagel and cream cheese for $2.50. Now it is almost SIX DOLLARS for a bagel and cream cheese. And I would still probably pay that every once in awhile if they didn’t get my order wrong 100% of the time. Ever since they switched to pay first, my order is always wrong, and I get into my car and realize I’ve gotten the wrong cream cheese or a completely different bagel. And I never get an apology for it either. They won’t cut the bagels in half anymore, the bagels themselves are chewier than they used to be, and the service is terrible.

  I got a turkey sausage sandwich on a jalapeno bagel. I was expecting some cream cheese on it, but there wasn't any. I still enjoyed the sandwich, but some cream cheese would have been nice.

  Both of my bagels were burnt, and lacked cream cheese. I brought them back in for new ones, still smiling because happiness is better shared. Then I was insulted by the cook. Questioning me as if I was wrong about my standards. I still remained smiling and simple. Please try again with my order. She had to push again. My reaction, they can keep the 10 bucks. You own this business? You are a failure to service. You manage this business, you are failing your employer. I happen to enjoy these bagels, especially when done correctly. Just can’t do it here. Be well.

  Ordered the avocado egg white sandwich on an everything bagel. Perfectly decent, and very nice staff

  My first time coming to this location. No walls, room dividers, or decor to cut down on noise. Very loud, like a cafeteria. It seemed like we came in right after a rush. The whole crew was working hard on completing orders, but I'm guessing this is another one of those fast food companies that understaffs because they're so cheap, so all of the tables and chairs were filthy. We had to take our food back home because we couldn't find a reasonable place to sit even though no other customers were seated. I got the western brisket breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. It was very gross. Super greasy, the meat was almost entirely fat chunks, the cheese had no flavor, and the everything bagel seasoning was so salty I couldn't taste much else. My caramel cold brew was bad too. Weak coffee, disgustingly sweet, so little creamer that I'm not sure why they bothered to add any at all. One person in our group got a sandwich full of eggshells.
