  My first time coming to this location. No walls, room dividers, or decor to cut down on noise. Very loud, like a cafeteria. It seemed like we came in right after a rush. The whole crew was working hard on completing orders, but I'm guessing this is another one of those fast food companies that understaffs because they're so cheap, so all of the tables and chairs were filthy. We had to take our food back home because we couldn't find a reasonable place to sit even though no other customers were seated. I got the western brisket breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. It was very gross. Super greasy, the meat was almost entirely fat chunks, the cheese had no flavor, and the everything bagel seasoning was so salty I couldn't taste much else. My caramel cold brew was bad too. Weak coffee, disgustingly sweet, so little creamer that I'm not sure why they bothered to add any at all. One person in our group got a sandwich full of eggshells.

  this used to be the very best Brueggers in the midwest. something has changed. Thursday June 18- I ordered a bagel sandwich and coffee on line. I got in the store and my order was not on the pickup rack . I waited five minutes with the order behind the cashier to get it. I went for my coffee and all light roast tanks were empty . I told the cashier. It took 5 more minutes to start brewing more coffee. After waiting 15 minutes for the coffee I asked louis to pour me a flavored coffee. He poured me a dark coffee- god awful. I will not return to this specific Brueggers even though it is near my office.

  Had terrible service experience twice. Quite slow to deliver the orders. Even though one gentleman was nice enough to admit the mistake and provide free coupons hence the extra star

  Delton is truly one of the reasons this is my favorite bagel spot. He went out of his way to help me without asking a bunch of questions or making things difficult. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Delton, for being such an amazing manager and employee. People like you make a real difference!
