  I used to avoid this Arby’s due to the employees being rude. I went back today after not going for a couple of years. The person I spoke to was very kind and helpful. I got the meat and three meal with the chicken sandwich and it was probably the best tasting fast food I’ve had in at least a year. Absolutely stellar.

  The food was good. The service was horrendous. We went through drive thru on a Sunday evening & the teen on drive thru had an I don’t care attitude and the gal that handed us the food was worse. I asked if there was Arby’s sauce in the bag and as she turned around she muttered “yep” and kept walking away. No hi when we got to the window just a hand out to take the payment. No thank you when handing us the beverages. They both acted like they did not want to be there and definitely did not want to be bothered with customers. I realize this if fast food, but that shouldn’t matter. You are dealing with the public, how hard is it to say hi and thank you.

  It must have been a late night for the crew I grab my food at 9pm. The guy was kinda hostile when asking if I was gonna order food? Like yeah ima order ima look at the menu look for what I want. I didn't say that but thought it. Felt nervous to order after the male asking me if i was ready. Luckily the shift lead female took over n felt was way more nicer about if I was ready. The downside thing was everything was ice cold when I got into the car. I knew my fries were just sitting in the heater but Im tired hungry n didnt wanna agrue after the interaction with the male so looks like the fries r gonna trash so col thats a waste of money ciz everyone knows microwave fries suck 🙃
