Absolutely incredible experience at Prime! The atmosphere was upscale without feeling pretentious, the service was attentive and knowledgeable, and every single thing we ordered was cooked perfectly. The steak was the best I’ve ever had, i got the 16oz dry aged ribeye and it came with mushrooms and bordelaise sauce, i would highly recommend this! You can tell they really care about quality and detail here.

We went to Prime for date night Saturday night. We arrived around 8 PM and were seated quickly, but it took well over 15 minutes for anyone to even come take our drink order and then again for food. Was there almost 2 hours and for the better part of it we were waiting for someone. It wasn’t very busy at all, which made the lack of service even more disappointing. Our service throughout the night was unfortunately pretty horrible. The only positive was that the food was good.

Very interesting place. They have a fine dining above a bar pub pizzeria. Very weird. But the food was fantastic although my filet mignon was over cooked it was full of flavor tender as can be. The asparagus was generously seasoned and perfectly cooked great snap to it. The mushrooms onions and greens had amazing flavor but a little too greasy for me still awesome. The app was seared scallops with pickled blackberry and red onion with corn puree and bacon I got everything on the side but I now know what a composed bite is and it blew my mind. Overall I give the food and service a 5 out of 5 atmosphere a 4 due to the confusing part on where the steakhouse actually is and it’s only labeled prime pizza and pub from the outside. Otherwise WELL DONE PRIME STEAKHOUSE WELL DONE.

had high expectations for Prime Steakhouse, especially with the upscale vibe and prices to match—but the experience fell way short.
I ordered a $70 steak cooked medium. What came out was well done—completely overcooked. I sent it back, which shouldn’t be a big deal at a place that markets itself as a high-end steakhouse. Unfortunately, it only got worse from there.
It took about 30 minutes to get a replacement, and by that time my wife had already finished her entire meal. When my new steak finally arrived, it was rare—on the complete opposite end of what I ordered. At that point, it was clear something was seriously off in the kitchen.
For a restaurant positioning itself as a premium steakhouse, consistently missing something as basic as steak temperature—twice—is unacceptable. Add in the long wait and poor timing, and it completely ruined the experience.
The atmosphere tries to feel upscale, but the execution just doesn’t back it up. For $70 a steak, you expect precision and professionalism, not frustration.
I won’t be coming back.

We have been to the upstairs outdoor patio for drinks and appetizers last summer, which we enjoyed. Great rooftop atmosphere! We have been refraining from dining at Prime inside due to a multitude of mixed reviews. However, another couple invited us to go out with them last night for dinner so we joined them for dinner at the inside Prime restaurant. We had a great waiter, who was very friendly and informative. The atmosphere is nice, but not what you would expect for a high-end steak restaurant. We ordered the Seabass and the filet mignon's with sides of garlic mashed potatoes and the millionaire potatoes. The fillets were done perfectly and we're very flavorful. The seabass was just OK. On the salty side.... Underwhelming to say the least. The two potato side dishes were sadly a huge disappointment. The garlic mashed potatoes had very little flavor, and the millionaire potatoes were very dry as reported in other reviews that I've seen. For the price point of this restaurant, I would expect everything to be on point. We definitely felt that we did not receive our moneys is worth. I never write reviews however I felt compelled in this case due to the price point. Our bill was over $300 and the value for what we received was just simply not there. I will not be returning. I think they seriously need to review their menu/price point and make changes based on their reviews if they're going to survive with all the new development and high-end restaurants that will be moving into the area shortly.
