  I would like to express my concern regarding the behavior of John, the store manager at this Papa John’s location. On multiple occasions, John has approached and confronted my son and his friend while they were riding their e-bikes home. My son was riding on the walkway rather than in the street because, as a parent, I have instructed him to avoid riding in traffic whenever possible due to safety concerns. Drivers do not always see cyclists, and I prioritize my child’s safety. According to my son, John called him a “punk” and used inappropriate language toward him. When I attempted to address these concerns directly with John, he appeared dismissive and seemed to find the situation amusing rather than taking my concerns seriously. What is most troubling is that John appears to single out my son and his Black friend while not confronting their Caucasian friend, who also rides by the location regularly. This pattern has left me concerned that my son and his friend are being treated differently because of their race. Additionally, John reportedly told the boys to “go get your dads” and approached them in an aggressive manner that made them feel uncomfortable and intimidated. No child should feel threatened or harassed while simply riding their bike home. These are children who are not causing problems, disturbing customers, or engaging in inappropriate behavior. They deserve to be treated with respect. If this were John’s own child, I am sure he would not want another adult speaking to them in this manner. I am requesting that this matter be taken seriously and investigated appropriately. All children, regardless of race, should be treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally by members of the community.

  Waited over an hour for our large "works" pizza to be delivered. All toppings are in the center of the pizza. Literally three inches of crust all around. We stopped ordering from here because the food is constantly bad. Tried it one more time. You have failed us for the last time, Papa John's.

  Called the online listed phone number via Google. Was a remote call center fielding order calls.... plaved order. Arrived to the store and they had no idea what the correct order was... This is what the world looks like in 2026.
