  I ask for extra sauce and no sauce in the sandwich and it should be have to three side chips. I only get one this location always messed up. Try to call no one answer

  Let me start off by saying that I'm not a fan of Panera. Yesterday I tried the Mexican street corn chowder. Surprisingly it was good. Had good flavor to it. Only down fall was it has 55% of you daily sodium intake. I also had one of their new drinks which was good. To much ice though and not enough beverage.

  5 stars for the food since it's "healthier". Cleaner...Portions are fair. I had the AvoBlt with chicken and Apple with walnut salad with chicken. The dried apples were delicious. Service. Decent. Hit or miss some days but, sometimes with a smile. We all have our days. Atmosphere. Plenty of seating. Some have outlets located near by, which is a bonus. My husband and I have been here many times and will probably be back.

  I came here for lunch expecting nothing but the BEST. While I was in line waiting for my food employees were taking out the trash. That is normal, but then they proceeded to HIT my car with the garbage can more than once. Also a bunch of fruit flys and bugs flew into my car which is so insanitary. I am VERY upset.

  We placed an order ahead for 2 canteens of hot chocolate to be ready by 12:30pm on a Saturday, to be picked up in the drive thru. We arrived at 12:38 with one car in front of us and thought we were doing great with timing to get our daughter across the street for her soccer game by 1pm. We waited 5 min and the car in front of us (who'd turned their engine off) didn't move. I went inside to try and get our already paid for items quicker, only to be further disappointed. I stood at the pickup window for 4 minutes while six employees worked, but not one of them looked up or cared about any guest standing there. There were at least 5 other dining guests or door dash drivers looking for some sort of communication. I then went to the front counter to see if they could help and the person taking cookies off of a tray told me that I needed to "go back to the window". I told him that those people don't talk and he just told me he was sorry to hear that. Great service??? I eventually got my hot chocolate from the window, went back out to our car (STILL IN LINE), waited another two minutes for them to get their order, and then we finally left....after 14 minutes of first being in the drive thru line. There are so many reasons this place should not have a drive thru, but the lack of good service, ESPECIALLY during a lunch rush needs attention. I have been in retail customer service for 25 years and this place needs some serious improvement. The only reasons this place gets more than one star is because the hot chocolate was REALLY good, and they gave us whipped cream, cups and utensils.
