  Please clean the store, sticky floors dusty ledges everywhere. Makes you wonder what the back kitchen looks like.

  The Blaine location was completely swamped today, huge rush and orders but the two people on staff were friendly, quick & absolutely exceptional. Definitely deserve a raise. Very impressed.

  Its not even 830 and they are complaining about having people order food. They close at 9.

  Ordered DoorDash to my work for my 30 min break, got a kids meal with bourbon chicken and white rice. I am gluten free and there was no option to skip out on the appetizer so I ordered one anyways. There was no option to specify I wanted it on the side but I figured it was standard to get additional items separate anyways. It arrived with the pot stickers sitting on top of the food so I could no longer eat any of it. I called the restaurant to see if they could fix it and they said they could but I would have to pay for another one. I ended up throwing it out because I already paid for one that I couldn’t even have. If I would have gone in anyways to pay for a whole new meal I wouldn’t have time to eat it. I work in a restaurant and we would have absolutely made accommodations. Honestly ridiculous…

  I love Leann chins but this locations food is not good. It is ALWAYS WAY TOO SALTY. Please stop over salting the food. The food isn’t usually fresh and very chewy. The rice never has onions and mushrooms and too salty. I have to always go over to the other location in Blaine by Northtown because their food is always better. The servers have no customer service skills. They barely smile and they look mean sometimes. They don’t listen to you and they dish food out and put it under the lights when you have to wait for food. They shouldn’t dish food out until the other entree is ready. Please retrain your employees. Cooks and servers. They need to stop cutting corners.
