It seems to be a common loss of a star for their service speed. We've been here multiple times, the food has always been great but no matter what time you dine in the service is always slow. The servers are great don't get me wrong, always pretty enthusiast and kind but it's how long they take to get back to you that could get annoying. We've gone when there was only 4-5 other tables and the service was just as slow as when there was a full house 😅 Their quality of food is always a 10/10 no doubt though. Prices are a tiny bit high for certain items but some are well worth it.

A nice place with good food. We were there at lunch time so it was busy. My only complaint is the acoustics aren't good and it gets very loud in there. Luckily it was warm enough in the sun to sit outside on the patio because we met to discuss something important.

The menu was interesting on the food was very good. The service was slow and only adequate. The noise level is very high hold hard to hold a conversation. The tables are very close together I use a walker and it was very difficult to get through the area almost impossible

I frequented this location in the first 6 months after they opened, I have a dairy allergy, so I got the same thing every time, bacon tacos. I used to come with just my infant son while I was on maternity leave, and I brought my husband who is Celiac, and we've come as a family with all three kids. But we haven't been there in quite a while because frankly we can't afford it. We decided to come for my husband's birthday, made a reservation, for 1 pm on Sunday and after that experience, I can't say that I'll decide it's worth the money again to come back. For a number of reasons. After we were sat, we were watching for many minutes as servers rushed past, no one greeted us or came to take an order for many minutes. We ordered waters for the table, coffee and our food immediately, knowing it might be a while before our server could come back. It was a hurried order, like she realized she hasn't hadn't stopped yet, on the way to another table. Our coffees came right away, and mine was hot and not iced, and our server rarely came around for me to correct it so I at least went up to make sure it was made with oat milk so I could drink it and it was. We had only our coffees for at least 15 minutes before someone else brought waters to my husband and I and our children. By the time our food came, we had been there for 50 minutes. There is only so much coloring and so many trips to the bathroom a kid can make before they're starving and unruly. I made a mistake in ordering, assuming the bacon tacos were still the staple I loved, that I have ordered over two dozen times in the past year, with the dairy free stamp on them, because the menu indeed changed but I didn't look because it's always been my go-to but alas there is cheese on it now, so my food had to be remade. They were quick to take care of that. She mentioned that I should have said I had an allergy, and I was naive to think the oat milk request would have indicated that and the ordering process was so rushed, honestly I didn't think I needed to worry about it. They've always been safe for someone dairy free. But the bacon tacos have changed, and they're not better. My husband paid while I brought the kids to wash our hands and I was so happy to get out of there. After an hour and 20 minutes, between all of that and the noise, I was so overwhelmed and glad to leave. We've had plenty of other good experiences but I would say, don't count on it for a Sunday after church with kids even with a reservation. They're too busy for swift service, and there's room for mistakes when they're seating so many tables to each server and having all of them go in and out from the patio.
