- SHSydney Hemsworth6 days ago4.0I love DQ but have had an ongoing issue with the ink on their cups coming off and getting everywhere. This has been happening for months now.. Was kind of hoping it would be figured out by now, so was avoiding making a big deal of it… but it hasn’t been solved so I wanna bring it to your attention incase nobody has yet. Please work on this. It ruins people’s belongings and is super annoying.. makes it hard to enjoy your blizzard. Thank you.

The coupon card clearly says buy one blizzard of any size get one for 99¢. Doesn’t say one per order. I came thinking to get 4 blizzards total and 2 would be 99¢. So I ordered 2 blizzards expecting to get the other 2 for 99¢ and they charged me full price for the other 2. The girl (teenager) even said next time buy two cards.I said what if I drove around twice and ordered 2 each time would it work she looked stunned. Moral of the story honor the coupons.
