- NSNevaeh Svistun3 days ago2.0I always have issues with this location. They consistently underfill bowls and are unwilling to add more, even when asked politely. On top of that, I’m constantly charged extra for additional rice, something that has never happened to me at any other Chipotle location, even in other states. It’s honestly almost funny how every employee seems so stuck up and unwilling to provide basic customer service. They must hate their jobs enough to take it out on customers who simply want what they’re paying for. I’ve worked in the food industry, and I know for a fact that the amount of food you serve doesn’t come out of your paycheck. You’re getting paid minimum wage… don’t act so entitled that you refuse to give customers a fair portion of what they paid for. This experience is absurd. I’ve completely lost respect for this location and for the employees who work here. This kids meal below was what I received directly from the restaurant. The ratio of chicken compared to the pico and rice is ridiculous. I asked her to simply fill the chicken to the top of the container and she refused stating “Kids meals are only allowed 2oz” I have never had any problems with other locations filling up the chicken to the top of its container w/ the correct design which takes portions into account.

It is so hard when you do mobile. The new chicken tasted nice. Rice was very bland I reached out for support but haven't heard anything yet. So sad.
