  Bagels are tasty but it always seems the store is unclean. Crumbs everywhere, I get some toppings can be messy but overly unkept ( dirty tables, floor, counters). The most annoying thing is condiments. Never any salt ( for my egg sandwich) & today no salt, pepper or forks. Did not make for a good breakfast.

  This place is always super busy, but the staff at this store handleseverything in stride. The service is terrific, with friendly helpful staff. Love coming here because it gives my staff at work a great treat in the morning.

  I went to get a bagel (one, just throw it in a bag plz). I walked in, greeted rudely, told to "go over there" to order. That must have changed, used to be at the counter. I was the only person in the Blaine store. There were seven people working there. I waited over five minutes, a couple of people were chatting, so on. Still, only me in the store, no drive through customers during that time. Not one person helped me. Starts would be 1/2 to none if that option was available.
