  Ordered a farmhouse breakfast sandwich, and received two bagels in a bag? No wrappers nothing just two bagels tossed in a brown bag. Very confused by this. Also called the store to get this resolved and nobody answered. So here I am. Kind of a bummer none the less. Waste of $8.

  Order bagel sandwich, and wow was I disappointed. It wasn't put together well, it fell apart before the first bite. The taste was flat. Their bagels with cream cheese is enough for me.

  Amazing customer service. I was greeted by both employees within a minute of being in the lobby, I was guided through the ordering process (and wasn't rushed), I was given recommendations when I couldn't think of more savory bagels to get in my baker's dozen, I got plates and napkins for my road trip offered to me as well as bags to help keep the bagels fresh longer. Service was friendly, quick and efficient! What more could you want?! The store was clean and tidy, no trash in sight and no "wow, they should probably mop the floor" vibe that you have at a lot of walk in food places like this. Very welcoming environment! I've never had such a positive experience with other humans at 6am! P.S. the pumpkin bagel is savory and DELICIOUS

  I usually never have a problem here but this morning I went and picked up my bagel and it was burnt and rock hard on part of it. I had to throw away half my sandwhich.

  I ordered an egg and cheese bagel and when I got up to the counter they said, you have the egg and cheese right? I haven’t been there in a while so I thought prices increased but when I got my receipt it said 2 eggs. I NEVER said 2 eggs and one of them ended up having so much peppercorn on it I had to take one of the eggs off so I wasted money on an extra egg. The bagel itself was not good either, it tasted like onion and I thought I had just gotten a plain bagel with egg and cheese. I will not be coming to this location again.
