  Went a few weeks ago for a breakfast bagel sandwich which unfortunately had a lot of egg shells in it . I Thought it was a one off and didn’t think about it much. Went this morning and got 2 $10 bagels , both had a lot of egg shells in the sandwich. I understand shells can happen but each time I’ve gone it’s happened and it’s in multiple bites which is just unappetizing. 🤢

  Not sure if this was a bad bagel and bad egg that they decided they’d serve anyways but it’s not a sesame bagel with 2 eggs and cheese like I ordered. I’m not even sure that that’s a whole bagel or a whole egg. But I sure did pay for that! This is the second time I’ve had issues here, thinking maybe it was a bad day but clearly there’s something else going on.

  Great customer service, it was our first time trying and the cashier Angela and Emalyn were fantastic with helping us order! Immediately when you walk it, it smells absolutely delicious and it’s clean and friendly staff!! Definitely will be coming back!!
