  Waited at the front counter for several minutes for some giggling person in the back to make someone else take my order. Ordered a French dip and a small curly fry. It took long enough that I was in a hurry to get to work. Realized on the drive that the curly fries weren’t included even though I paid for it. all in all very disappointing.

  Man the service on tonight was absolutely terrible, I honestly started ordering and the lady was so rude that I did not pull around and get my order or pay. When I got to the window the first thing she said was “what do you want?” Then when I ordered a chicken slider she said it will be a 7-8 mins on chicken in her snippy voice. I get that it’s late and you’re the only one working but please hate your job a little less. I just worked 10 hours, just wanted a chicken sandwich without attitude.

  This Arby's is the worst Arby's I ever been to not only that me and my husband waiting for our food the wait was more than 37 minutes and we dine in and they were moving so slow. They could of compensated us for waiting that long but they did not.
