  This place is disgusting. I’ve been here multiple times, and the experience never improves. Employees stand behind the counter talking instead of helping customers, the restaurant is filthy, and the food came out looking like a complete mess. Definitely one of the worst Arby’s locations I’ve been to. I would not recommend going to this Arby’s.

  This has got to be the most dysfunctional Arby’s during the non-peak hours. Employees stand around, and just seem unbothered by the open orders. I had a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 7:37pm. It’s 7:52 pm, and I am still waiting for the food. Only one car ahead of me in line. It’s this way every time unless you are here during peak times, when they have some slightly better people working. Ridiculous. My order consisted of two sandwiches. A turkey, bacon and ranch sandwich, and a half pound beef and cheddar. I asked for Arby’s sauce and horsey sauce for the one sandwich. This is what they gave me. 16 packets of sauce. Complete waste. If I was the operator of this location, I would fire the staff.

  Food was good. They ran out of Arby's sauce and did not give any napkins. Also took a little bit for the food.
