  We drove right up the menu on Saturday evening and were asked to wait. No problem. 10 mins go by and now we’re wondering if they forgot about us. We said “hello?” and immediately asked to wait. Fine. Another 15 mins go by. We’re thinking of leaving, others left, some parked and went in. So we decide to just ask - will it be 5 more mins, 30 mins? So again “hello?” and asked to wait. We said we’ve been waiting 25 mins so we’re just wondering about how much longer. The gals response “we only have 2 people working but I can go ahead and take your order” - all exasperated. No way I’d want anyone who seems annoyed with us making our food. Plus, a simple “sorry, we’re short staffed but we appreciate your patience. We should be with you in 10 mins” or whatever would have been great! Lost my business. I can make an ice cream treat at home.

  I’m okay waiting for a bit at a fast food restaurant, but I was in the drive thru for 30 mins. Sat at the window for 15 mins before someone even took my card.

  Service is super slow, they dont hit their mobile order deadlines or answer their phones when busy. When you can get your food, it's really good, hot and fresh, but may the odds be in your favor

  Don't even bother going to this location. I placed an online order for pickup inside. Only to arrive and inside is closed so can only pickup through the drivethrough. Tried calling the location to cancel my order. They said you cannot cancel. Waited 52 minutes just to get a blizzard. Why would your online ordering even be available if you have to go through the drive through anyway. What a joke.

  Absolutely horrible experience. We will never come back to this location. Tables were all dirty, dried ice cream on the floor. All the workers looked and acted as if they didn't want to be there. We ordered ice cream to go. Messed up our order twice and still didn't get it right. Wanted a peanut buster parfait with extra peanuts and it was filled with peanut butter both times. Came out messy as everything dripping everywhere so over filled and it got everywhere had to go back in just to grab an extra cup to make it easier to eat.
