  This is the third time I’ve ordered from the Bemidji Taco Bell through the mobile app and picked up via the drive-thru, and they’ve forgotten items from my order again. This time I ordered a soda, a Triple Crunchwrap, five Cheesy Bean & Rice Burritos, and a Chicken Flatbread Melt. The Chicken Flatbread Melt was completely missing, and several of the burritos were smashed like nobody cared how the food was handled. The frustrating part is that this keeps happening. At this point, it honestly feels like there’s about a 50/50 chance of actually getting everything you paid for. I live an hour away, so driving back wasn’t realistic, and I didn’t realize my daughter’s flatbread was missing until we got home and started handing food out to the kids. To be fair, the drive-thru was fast (about 3 minutes), and I appreciated that. But speed doesn’t matter much if the order isn’t accurate. I also submitted feedback through the survey system and never received any follow-up from management or corporate. Missing items once can happen. Repeatedly missing items across multiple visits shows a lack of care and quality control.

  I ordered the Supreme Burrito's as usual and they were cold and skimpy on the filling. Much much better in the past. I'm doing Taco John's in the future.

  It's a bit alarming to be in a drive thru for 60 minutes, you can't even try to leave it if you get in line due to curbs, ect. The staff was apologetic, and stated their were 5 call outs and pages of orders. Management should do better, either shut down door dash, mobile orders or the drive thru if your as short staffed as stated. On a positive note, the order was correct and fresh.

  I like tacos and obviously I'm gonna be going to taco bell for them, but maybe Bemidji just ain't it because if your in person and buying be ready to wait half and hour to a whole two hours for your burrito. I have to specify what I want on my taco, obviously, but I mean you gotta SPECIFY specify- go deep in detail. Workers are typically really young but they're not rude or anything, just shy and quiet. I recommend using the app and waiting outside to go and pick it up in five minutes. Guaranteed your getting a sticky/dirty table too.

  Ordered nacho fries. Didn’t have nacho fries, asked for one or two hard shell tacos. Received tortilla chips that tasted like stale cardboard. Asked for guacamole, received sour cream. Usually have a good experience. Pretty disappointed in the service recently. Lots of mistakes or forgetting items.
