  I hated leaving bad reviews but the last 3 times we have been to this location it has always been an issue. Multiple times we ordered food and got something completely different than what we ordered. Then we have to go back and complain to get the right order. The last time we were there we ordered a plain double cheeseburger, regular cheeseburger and a 6 piece bbq chicken strip basket with ranch. Got home and had plain hamburgers and regular chicken strips with honey mustard. Went back with the food and the cook took the chicken strips, dumped them cold into bbq sauce and then threw them back in the box with the cold fries and handed it back to me. Other times we have gone for chili dogs, once to be told they were out of chili, another time to be told they were out of hot dogs. They seem under staffed and the place is always dirty. Sticky counters, nothing wiped down. This is my home town and I just hope for a better experience.

  If I could give negative stars I would. The place was a mess. Not a single clean table. Garbage all over the floor and counters. The food preparation counters were disgusting. They didn’t have the right ingredients to make my order I placed for my guests and I. Extremely disappointed.

  My mom went here and she ordered two blizzards. She got the wrong size and an employee made a show of throwing them away, making a mess with the blizzard splattering. Was very rude when remaking it. My mom was polite about it too. I also knew someone who worked here very briefly. Workers don't wash their hands or wear gloves. They also expected them to be fully trained in 2 days.

  This place was chaos. Toppings spilled all over everything. Trash cans all overflowing onto the floor. Trash all over in the dining area. The 9 or so young employees were having fun, but maybe not appropriately in front of customers. I'm not sure they would have passed a health inspection when I was there. Food was fine. Pretty slow service. Not a great impression though.

  Waited well over 35 min for three blizzards along with a bunch of other people. Service was horrible it wasn’t even that busy. A manager finally showed up and had to make all the orders. Highly disappointed and will not be going back.
