  The food is hit or miss. Id say 50 50 going to be good or nit.. We dont eat her anymore as our stomachs cant handle it. Almost every time we go drive thru is backed up. Not anyone's fault. Just busy. Inside looks clean. Employees looked under staffed and little overwhelmed but would carry on. All in all id say eat here of you dine in. That way if its not good you can go ask for a replacement or money back. When its bad its really bad. If your a crunchwrap lover you know what I mean when taco gives you a bad one.

  Someone needs to come in and either fire most of the people or retrain them all. The amount of money we pay for your food, we should be getting what we actually ordered. And when i pay extra money for extra toppings, i should be getting those extra toppings. And i never do. Done wasting money here.

  Unreal how many times I've come here and had my order completely screwed up. I do not recommend this taco bell. I get things happen and were human but these issues have become the norm sadly.

  The best Taco Bell in MN. The staff are so funny, especially Grace. Make her CEO. She is always such a great help. She remembers us when we come and she’s my new best friend. Give her a raise.

  Its a common theme that this taco bell will mess something up. I see from other reviews that im not the only person Receiving burnt food. Not this time though, I paid $50 for 3 burritos. My order said 8 items, receipt said 8 items, but the bag contained 3 burritos... so of course I knew I needed to call and set things straight, and I explained the situation to the employee stating why how this inconvenienced me because I hadn't eaten all day, bought food for my family and drove all the way home (45 minutes) to find out that now my wife and I dont get food because there is only enough for my kids. His response? 'Come back and we will get the rest of your food for you' ??? I worked a 14 hour day, starved at work (not taco bells fault, I forgot to pack lunch) and get home with the intent to feed everyone and someone at a window couldn't read a receipt STAPLED TO THE BAG and double check my order. Not to mention I sat at the window for about 10 minutes waiting for the 3 BURRITOS. How could I forget the quality of the 3 burritos though, came out looking like a quesadilla that was tossed on top of a wrapper, then clumsily stuffed in the bag and rushed out the window. Truly a pathetic display from such a huge fast food chain. Never ordering food from here again.
