  We went to Pizza Ranch in Baxter with a large group. Great variety of food, salad, breakfast items, fried chicken, many delicious pizzas, and awesome dessert pizza. Shout out to their awesome staff, especially Noah and Keegan, who were so polite and accommodating to our group!!

  Wonderful fresh made chicken and pizza. The salad bar is great. Wonderful service Kegan and Noah! Make reservation for a group and you will get nice table waiting for you. It was really quiet where our table for the 12 of us was. It was a perfect for our family gathering.

  6/28/2026 This was one of the dirtiest restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. Nearly every table in the dining room was dirty, and despite multiple employees walking around, none of them were being cleaned. Every employee I saw appeared very young, and all of them were wearing headphones while working. The restaurant was busy, and it was obvious the staff was overwhelmed and the kitchen couldn’t keep up. The most concerning issue was the food safety. A customer at the table next to us sent a piece of chicken back because it was visibly undercooked. An employee took it to the kitchen, checked another piece with a thermometer, then returned and said it was “temping okay.” Meanwhile, another nearby table was also discussing undercooked chicken. Seeing multiple customers questioning whether chicken was fully cooked is alarming and makes me question whether the thermometers are properly calibrated or whether food safety procedures are being followed consistently. Dirty dining rooms are one thing, but potential food safety issues are another. This location clearly needs better management, more training, and closer oversight. I hope corporate takes these concerns seriously before someone becomes seriously ill.

  Upon entering the restaurant no one was watching the check in area. We waited for a while until a young man noticed us and collected our money. We choose a table after searching for a clean table. The table we settled on was still sticky and looked as though it had not been washed for a while. The drink area had spilled tea over an area that also reached the straws that were wet from tea. The salad bar was missing lettuce and the ranch dressing bottles were all empty. The overall look of the restaurant was dirty. The one young man kept walking by our table and never picked up the plates we had finished with. All the young men were horsing around by the front register not paying attention to jobs that needed to be done. We were pretty grossed out by the whole experience and do not plan on coming to this location of Pizza Ranch again. The boys do need some supervision making sure they are doing their jobs. The restaurant was pretty quiet for a Saturday at noon so conversation was easy. Now we know why it was so quiet-people were rather go to the restaurant next door. Very disappointed.

  Hello this from a long time customer who has always took our grandkids to this place. This is the day I have to say we were very disappointed. Would not take our pizza ranch card told us it did not exist. Crazy we used it from day one. Ice cream machine was spitting Milk all over the place not working I told the man that check us in he said it had not been turned on. I asked if he could put a sign up and did not . big mess. The desert Pizza was terrible not bake long enough. I'm sure there was a reason for it every thing being kinda a mess. We're good customer and just wanted u to know it was not up to your standard. We noticed the guy that is always there was not our guess this is why it happened. Grandkids were not happy. Fyi
