  Pizza was warm or cold. Wasn’t asked if I had a pizza request. Food was disappointing.

  The reason for the one star was due to cleanliness. Went into the bathroom to wash my hands before I ate and the floor was sticky. No biggie. Went to find a table and it appeared clean. Was kind of sticky. Our dishes and those at the surrounding tables were bussed consistently. But in the time we were there, each time a group finished, dishes were bussed, salt and pepper shakers moved to the end of the table but the tables were NEVER washed. Take the extra few minutes and wash the tables, please. We love pizza ranch and the staff is always very polite. But please, clean the tables!

  Gross. Took a HOT minute for someone to take our order up front. We got the buffet. Floor was sticky and visible trash laying in the walk ways. Tables were sticky and also visibly dirty along with the chairs. Plates were either super greasy or visibly dirty. Food looked old and the new pizza they did put out wasn’t labeled. Husband found mashed potatoes on the side of some of the pizza which made him wonder if they were putting food back from plates. Pop was warm/room temp and flat. Tasted like I was drinking Dr Pepper tea. I’ll update if I get food poisoning.

  All the pizzas were old and hard. Every table that we tried to sit at was sticky. The staff were more concerned about playing at the arcade, eating and sitting on their phones than making sure that the place was clean and the food was fresh. It was very disappointing when we usually prefer this location above all others.

  I saw the low stars and still decided to give this business a try. I grew up in Wadena and our Pizza Ranch was amazing! I placed a pick up order for Brainerd/Baxter Pizza Ranch. I arrived on time and was told 10 minutes. I waited patiently for over 20 minutes and then checked back in with an employee. As I was waiting for my order I saw an employee come out of the kitchen chewing food. Very unappetizing to see this. When I received my order, only 1 Pizza was hot. I ordered a pizza pack with pepperoni pizza and a sausage pizza with a side of breadsticks. I received the correct pizza pack order and a pepperoni sausage instead of sausage. I asked for a coupon or discount due to the wait and mistake made on my order. They went to the back and then handed me the same coupons that are on the counter. I pointed out the coupon they were handing me are on the counter for everyone to take and asked for a manager to speak with. A young man claimed to be the manager and stated there is nothing they can do. He told me to leave a review. I asked for his manager and he told me they are not there and again advised I leave a review after stating the order is incorrect I then received a refund for the one pizza. He had offered to make a sausage pizza while the others sit out and continue to get cold. If my son and his grandparents had not been waiting for me to bring pizza home for his birthday dinner I would have requested a full refund. It is worth the drive to go to Little Falls Pizza Ranch instead.
