  Said they opened at 10:45, did not open the doors until 11:05. They had a line of people out the doors. Finally when they let us in at 11:05 they weren’t even ready to start taking orders, they still had all of the covers on the food & no serving utensils. Finally we got our food to go, stuck my fork into my bowl and pulled out a long black hair! Absolutely disgusting. Would never return to this location.

  The restaurant hours say they are open at 10:45 waited 10 minutes. After that I called asked if the restaurant was open and she said she has a big cater order to do then she would open the door. There was five people waiting all of them left by the time I left , went to taco bell and by 11:01 three new people were waiting to get in still. If they are going to not open till later have a sign so people aren’t wasting their time when they are on their lunch break.

  I went to this location a couple days ago and while the food tasted fine, I question the cleanliness and attention to food safety protocols. One of the workers on the line (where they assemble the bowls/burritos) went to the back to get a new container of lettuce—grabbed the door handle with her gloves on, then continued to grab lettuce and cheese with her hands—and handle the spoons for other ingredients. She then moved to the register, gloves still on and checked out several guests. When I got to the checkout, she turned around to get my chips and had to fill the bag. She reached her hand all the way in the bag (yep glove still on) to open the bag up, then used a scoop to pit the chips in the bag. Eventually she went back to the register. What is the point of wearing gloves if you touch everything while wearing them!

  If my daughter hadn’t wanted chipotle so bad I would have walked out. Thankfully food tasted fine but never in my life have I seen a restaurant so gross! Outside area had garbages overflowing and all over the ground and every table was dirty. Then went inside and somehow it was worse!! Piles of food on floor, tables and at cash register. Food slopped across containers and cashier “tossed” our food at us not once asking if we’d life anything else. Won’t be returning anytime soon

  Went in today asked for fajita veggies. Girl working said they had no more as she looked into the empty container. Asked if there was more coming. She once again looked in the empty container and just said no. Never seen such a lack of work ethic and not caring. Burrito was also cold which wasn't very appealing to my taste buds Chips were stale. Hot sauce was good.
