  Super friendly and very helpful staff. Glad we stopped there by accident. Our gps made a minor mistake and forced us to make a detour through Austin, Mn. Actually, found the town a quaint area and spotted this Jimmy Johns. We've since stopped again and had the same great experience.

  Food is fine I guess but customer service is nothing to brag about we ordered 2 sandwiches and they made 1 wrong. And ended up being charged for the more expensive sandwich. And there excuse is oh the sandwich is already made we can't refund you but they gave us the cheaper sandwich. Not to sure how that works

  I went through the drive thru. Manager, Danny, was very personable. Sandwiches were great. Good prices. Would recommend.

  Went inside to see choices. I hate to hold up drive thru while deciding. We ended up staying to eat. Sandwiches were FABULOUS. Didn't know they had a pesto salad. Bought some to take home. The guys working were super helpful and knowledgeable about menu. Watching them work was like watching a fine tuned machine. KUDOS!

  I placed a repeat order on my phone for a veggie with NO MAYO on sliced wheat with extra veggies and lettuce. I got home and there was MAYO ON BOTH SLICES OF STALE BREAD! There was a small amount of lettuce and maybe one onion slice. I called to complain and they told me I COULD COME BACK and they would make me a new one?! I live across town and told the man to credit my account. I told him I was NOT coming back and he told me to “calm down!” I worked all day, placed an order that was written down to be followed to my specifications and I am expected to drive all the way back because THEY can’t read directions and to top it off they use stale bread?! So disappointed with the food and especially the rude and condescending attitude of those who are responsible. I will share this experience with everyone!!
