What terrible service at the Subway in the Walmart where a manager named Lety works. I bought two tuna sandwiches, told her not to toast them, but she toasted them anyway. She made them however she wanted, and the sandwiches didn't agree with me. So today I came to tell her that the sandwiches didn't agree with me, and she got upset, asking why I didn't bring the sandwiches back to exchange them. I told her, “I’m not going to come all the way to the Walmart here in Dapper Valley, Minneapolis, just to exchange a sandwich,” and she got upset again and did the same thing—she threw the sandwich at me and tossed it like she didn’t care. I mean, the service is really terrible; it’s disgusting to eat at the Subway in the Apple Valley Walmart. Lety is providing even worse service

I am filing a formal complaint but I thought I'd make a public one as well. I went into this establishment for the second time this week. The first time the woman working had two young children 5 and 6 perhaps running from the front to the back of the restaurant while she was working and the only adult there. I had empathy because you know times is hard people have to do what they have to do. I go in today, same lady and another lady. One was working on an order-no big deal but at least greet me, acknowledge me. So I say something, and the other lady and her start speaking in another language. Clearly annoyed with me. My sandwhich bread was stale and burnt. Why be rude to paying customers when EVERYONE is just trying to survive the day. Today was a day, I decided to not let the disrespect slide.

I arrived on Sunday at 4 p.m. There was a woman working (possibly Hispanic, taller). She was eating food when I arrived, pushing food into her mouth with her hands. She came to the counter with a full mouth of food and grabbed gloves, not washing her hands first, and touching the outside of the gloves all over trying to put them on. I said, “You should really wash your hands before you put on gloves.” She then went to the sink and rinsed with water for approximately 3 seconds. Then came back to the counter grabbing the exact same gloves she had already touched all over, and tried to put them back on. I then told her, she should grab new gloves, that those gloves were the ones she had already touched all over on the outsides with dirty hands.” She looked at me like she had no clue why I would be saying these things. I told her, “I used to work at Subway, I know the rules prior to making a sandwich.” As she stood there looking confused as to why I would be upset. I then told her we didn’t need to give her any business and we walked out. Please do what is necessary to make sure your employees are following the correct sanitary measures while preparing customer food. This was repulsive. I don't need to eat food prepared by someone who was just licking their fingers.
