I ordered three soufflé one spinach and two four-cheese—placed the order two hours in advance, and the app confirmed the order was ready. However, when I arrived, only one of the four-cheese quiches was available, and the app never mentioned any shortage. My kids were waiting, hungry, and this caused a big inconvenience. I hope you address this issue, as the lack of communication was especially frustrating. Thank you.
