- DEDoug EischensJul 9, 20265.0Took our 7 year old grandson, Lincoln, to Five Guys in Apple Valley, MN, today - first time for all of us - after earlier talking with the manager, Terry, about helping us get a photo of Lincoln with HIS "Five Guys" (stuffed panda bears named original Guy, baby Guy, Minecraft Guy, Panda Express Guy and Big Guy :)). We had small cheeseburgers loaded with the fixings and Lincoln had the hotdog and - of course - a mess of fries! We all gave 5 Stars to the food, and will be back again! One of the Five Guys employees took this photo in front of the restaurant, and here's another one at our table. Lincoln said he had so much fun and wants to do it again soon!

I had just spent 15 minutes at a burrito place across the street waiting to order and got snubbed in favor of a family of 6, so i was already on tilt a little from that and left without ordering. I went to 5 guys to pick up my wifes online burger order and realized that i had put in a pickup time of 7:45 instead of 6:45. So i went to the counter and explained to the young lady working that i made a mistake and asked if i could add to the order and have it all put on at the same time. She said id have to order separately, but she would get the whole order started together for sure Then i went to pay and realized i forgot my wallet in the car. She smiled and said no problem while i ran out and got it. I paid and they went to work. Now it was busy when i got there. There were a half dozen people waiting, but the food was coming out fast and they all quockly got their food. I was only there for a grand total of about 10 minutes before my food was also ready. The fries were crispy and hot, and the burgers were awesome per usual, but i was also really hungry, and decided to try a cheesedog as well. And WOW. that might be the best hot dog i have ever had. Seriously, if youve never tried the hotdogs at 5 guys, get one. They are amazing. I especially want to highlight the young lady with the glasses working the counter who helped me (sorry i didnt catch her name). She was an absolute little rock star. She smiled and was friendly and accommodating and was totally understanding of my multiple faux pas's. She truly was helpful and a wonderful asset to the 5 guys team. And the rest of the team was working lile a well oiled machine as well. As i said before, they were banging out orders super quickly. Thanks 5 guys for another awesome dinner. We will be back to see you very soon. 🙂🙂
