There's this short white woman with brown hair who is laughably bad. got a small burito with chicken rice sour cream cheese and lettuce and she couldnt wrap it and made a mess and the surface it was being wrapped on had hair all over it. yeah dinner rushes suck but thats why ur being paid gang its a fast food burrito some people have it really hard 🥺 every other employee is the goat but the one that cant wrap a child size taco (you cant miss her) give the boot

Came in tryna get some food and forgot to ask for something and when I came back to ask for it they got all defensive and started lecturing me on how I was supposed to ask and how it’s not their fault when I never said it was and kept going on when I just wanted my food like idk why this dude is all defensive but I’m dead ass just tryna get my food and go home also there was some person in the line like yelling asking what I wanted they could probably speak at a normal volume and I’d hear them just fine idk why they yelling about some protein shorty loud enough to scare the chicken also the lobby was kinda messy yall could probably clean that up

Restaurant opened at 10:45 and only 1 person was working. Mobile orders are not being managed in a timely manner.

Honestly really disappointed with my experience tonight. I just worked a 17-hour shift and was looking forward to getting some food, only to show up and find that Chipotle had closed the doors 13 minutes early. I completely understand that employees want to get home, but if the posted closing time is a certain time, customers should be able to rely on that. Especially when this location normally stays open until the actual closing time.
