In a town where businesses must LEGALLY have plumbing that provides potable water and they visibly have cups, this is clearly a deliberate decision to force consumers to pay for more expensive drinks. I find it sickeningly exploitative of Americans. Brueggers Bagels in Apple Valley enjoys a consumer base that tips well, is courteous, and behaves in line with the American spirit of common decency. Brueggers bagels does not reciprocate this by offering tap water in a TOWN WHERE THE BASE RATE FOR MUNICIPAL WATER FOR BUSINESSES IS $102.00 A MONTH. Tap water is so cheap for businesses partially to incentivize them to give our locals free water. Brueggers bagels does not even offer *cheap* tap water. Instead, Brueggers bagels betrays Americans by simply using the cheap and healthy Minnesota tap water subsidized by American tax payers to cut costs and rip off their own community. I was so angry about this I rated them one star on everything but let me be clear, my one star rating on everything is only because this unethical behaviour soured every part of the experience for me.
