  No arbys sauce so that was a bummer. All the food was good but missed the sauce 🤔

  You need to fire the manager who worked there on July 18th 2026. I'm a doordasher. I had a double order, I was picking up 2 orders from there. He attached the receipt to the orders. I took a picture of the receipts, which had the customer's name. I put each order, with the receipt in my bag. I delivered the first order. When I delivered the 2nd order, I handed it to him. He said that wasn't his order. I showed him the receipt with his name. He said that isn't what's in the bag. I don't know, because im not allowed to open sealed bags. The customer was furious, as it was a $50 order. I'm scrambling trying to contact doordash. I'm scared and shaking. He called the Arby's and put it on speaker phone. The customer was extremely upset and agressive on the phone. The manager told him that I messed it up. They shouted back and forth and the Arby's guy hung up on him. That wasn't my fault! They put the wrong receipt on the wrong orders! I gave him the food with his name on it! Arby's messed it up. Instead of taking responsibility, you blame the DASHER! Not only did you cost me a half hour of my time, which I can't get back, you put me in a hostile situation that had nothing to do with me! I have 20 years of food service experience. I have ran kitchens and been a manager on all levels, military and civilian. I could teach you guys how to be a proper manager...but you probably can't afford me. I can run that business better than that guy. I could teach the employees proper customer service. I havw awards in that area. You should be embarassed over his conduct. You're a fast food place. When you mess up, you fix it, without attitude, and you don't try to affect other people's jobs. Pathetic.

  Food was good. Front counter was the shift manager and he was efficient but not friendly.

  I got the beef and cheddar but got no cheddar on it. Without the cheddar, its very dry. Maybe it was an off day for Arby's, they aren't usually like this. Disappointing as I did not get to eat it due to the dryness. Overall, they are usually good.

  I only went thru drive thru, it was a late “dinner” but I had to drive 50 mins back home & a storm was rolling in. Stopped here a few times the past couple years & they always give plenty of napkins and Arby’s Sauce!! Food is always hot & fresh and most of all the shake machine is always working when I order the Jamocha shake!💖
