I've been here twice and both times they have made my drink wrong. This last time i ordered a drink with a modification and when i tasted it i could tell it hadnt been made right, especially cause I've had this drink before at the Colorado location where I used to live. The manager proceeded to try to convince me that i was wrong and at the end of justification was like "sooo do you still want me to remake it?" And seemed annoyed that i was complaining lol a simple "oh my bad let me remake that for you" was all that was needed, plus its not like she made my first drink so she had NO way of knowing if they messed it up or not lol. And let's say she was right, she could have been solution orientated and been like "if youre looking for drink that tastes like ____ I recommend this other drink, wanna try it?"
I've been to local coffee shops that offer that as a solution and are even like "if you still don't like it I'll make you something else" and those are small businesses that aren't making the same amount of money as 7 brew....
& The first time I went there I ordered a matcha latte and they gave me a coffee. I told the person "hey this is a coffee" and they told me no it's a matcha the flavoring just makes it brown (i added lavender flavoring) lol I had to taste it in front of her to confirm what I already know which was that it was a coffee.
So I guess their policy is to convince your customer that the drink you made them is the right one when they notice it's made wrong?
I let the teen who said it was a matcha slide cause shes new and young, but I would expect better from a manager handling a customers complaint? I say this as someone who worked customer service for several years.
Quality control needs to significantly improve. I’ve been to this location 3 times since it opened and each time they can’t get my order made correctly. I ordered an iced blondie with light Carmel drizzle in the cup and cold foam on top. What I received was ridiculous and undrinkable! I had to go home and put my drink into a new cup and SCOOP OUT globs of Caramel (more caramel was in the cup and on top but melted by the time I got home). The constancy and quality is significantly lacking, I’m so disappointed. The amount I pay to this drink just to go home to fix it is ridiculous.

Where to begin with kindness:
Business model: community connection, and kindness over coffee.
What this means in reality:
Buy and build as small a footprint as possible to minimize community tax contributions, require use of many civic services to “control” traffic until they get tired of it, and then put in random students who don’t actually have any investment personally in the safety or speed of the line, have really overall rude staff (except one angel to be fair).
Then, when asked if we could buy the drinks of many customers around us to spread this very kindness of which they speak on our family’s kindness day, and we’re told fairly rudely, “we don’t do that here. There’s no good way to do that.”
So after a total of about 25 minutes in line waiting for the coffee, I thought, all of that taken into consideration MUST mean then that the coffee is at least amazing, and what I received was a large cup of SUGAR and syrup, and only the faintest whisper, if any, of coffee.
I’m not yet sure if it’s worth a second try for all the hype, but I’m unlikely to anytime soon, at least.
Sorry. I really tried.
To be fair, the second star was for the last employee we met with who was a beautiful, sweet young lady. Otherwise, it would’ve been one star for this visit specifically.
Hopefully you get an employee taking your order who knows what they are doing. I ordered five drinks one time and the girl didn't ask for my phone number. When I asked about getting my points the girl handing me our drinks said there was no way I could get them since my number wasn't put in when I ordered. Then, the next time my husband took my daughter there. She wanted a shake and they were asking her what base are wanted for that. You don't need a base for a shake, only for smoothies. Because my husband didn't know this and was informed wrong by the employee, my daughter went with a fizzy drink instead, not getting what she wanted because of their error. I see the long lines all the time, but am beginning to question why. So far rather disappointed with this place.

They have good drinks some I love but sometimes it’s just overly sweet and things lose its flavor and it just tastes like a vomit spell waiting to hit. Love the variety of drinks though. They have a good atmosphere and always fun music playing although the workers can be a bit sassy or with an attitude for some odd reason. I’d get it If the customer was a bit irritating or rude but I always try to treat any workers with respect. Even the McDonald’s workers next door have more respect and show more kindness towards people and they’re constantly packed with business. Please hire new workers if they can’t handle even a little bit of stress. Sorry for wanting to just get some drinks.
