  I'm gluten and dairy intolerant. I asked if I could buy a drink and sit with my family while they ate. I was told I would need to pay full price for a buffet. I'm sure my family is enjoying their meal inside, but my short experience inside left much to be desired.

  We want to shoutout Sheryl. We had a slight mixup paying for our meals. But Sheryl was very gracious and took care of us. We appreciated how understanding and patient she was. We will be back!

  The Pizza Ranch that I used to frequent closed in Oak Park Heights a few weeks back, so my buddy and I decided to checkout this one! Walking into this PR, was like walking into a Pizza Utopia! The restaurant was incredibly clean, the food was always fresh, and the table cleaning service was second to none! I placed a special request pizza order of a buffalo chicken, but when I walked up to the wondow, they had accidentally made a BBQ chicken. The server apologized for the mistake and had the buffalo chicken made immediately! It was only a few minutes before the buzzer went off and my pizza was ready! This was hands down, my best Pizza Ranch experience yet! I will definitely be back!

  Tried to give this place another chance but both times have been a completely terrible experience. Came here with my child and immediately turned around to leave after finding a table. First thing we did when entering restaurant was use the bathrookm. Throw up in the sink and no paper towels. There was food smashed into the carpets and watched 2 people people using their hands to dish themselves food from the buffet. I spoke with gentleman at front counter that we would not be eating here and would like a refund. The person working said they don't provide refunds even though we hadn't eaten any food. Showed them receipt that we had just walked in the doors less than 5 minutes before. No refund given. Will never be coming back.

  Came here with my two children, wife and the children's great grandmother. 3 adults paid and 1 child. Our other child is less than 1 year old. I will not be coming back and supporting this business with my money. After watching a child use tongs from the salad bar, the child proceeded to place the tongs into their mouth and then placed them back into the salad bar. I asked the manager for a refund due to this as I was pretty grossed out. I had not eaten a single item or even dished a plate yet beyond filling a drinking glass with iced tea. I told rhe manager my family is still planning on eating here but I myself will not be. I would like a refund for 1 adult. The manager refused and said anyone that enters the restaurant has to pay regardless of eating. They offered to replace the tongs but not the food on the salad bar that the contaminated tongs had been placed back into. What a great resolution. Clean tongs back into a contaminated bucket of food. That will really do the trick. No refund issued. My family will no longer be coming back here. I hope they are happy losing future revenue in exchange for not refunding $20.
