  We ordered food ahead of time and when we got there they haven’t even started it, waited at least 20 mins before someone served us at the drive thru.

  Lovely that the drive thru said it was open online yet there were no cars and no lights on in the building.. all of this AFTER our order was placed, please update the hours.

  Asked for 3 medium Carmel coffees, 2 iced one hot…. When I got the order I told the employee if they forgot the coffee part because it’s only milk and Carmel. He looked at me confused and said “let me check” he got his co worker young girl and she said “I don’t know the machine is right there” like that’s supposed to mean something?! WHERES THE COFFEE?! Had there not been people behind me waiting I would’ve asked them to remake it.

  Drive the extra mile to a better one. This one always has nothing but issues. This last visit, I'm done. For starters, out of diet coke, not the end of the world. At least they told me. I ordered the new Huntrx meal, because I'm a sucker for limited items. LUCKILY I'm not a child, because they would've had an angry parent and screaming child inside. For starters, no shaker bag for the fries. What if I planned on eating it in the car? Get seasoning everywhere? Next, no sauces. I even got a BBQ one for my wife, and didn't even get that!! And lastly, no toy or card or whatever you're supposed to get. Again, not the end of the world for me, but if it was for a kid? Again, I would understand ALL this, if they were out and just said so, because I'm sure it's a popular item right now, but I guarantee they aren't, and they just didn't include 90% of the reason to get the meal, and said NOTHING. At least I got the seasoning, but if I wasn't going to get the rest, I would've saved the extra $4 for the specialty stuff and got a regular nugget meal.
