- KMKayla M MAug 10, 20261.0If I could give a zero I would. I am beyond upset for my daughter. She’s been coming here for years, but the service and quality has changed. She comes in usually on Mondays or in the middle of the week and studies or orders to go. She’s slipped in the restroom at 5PM one time and was too scared to say anything to the employees. I am disgusted for her. She just came and didn’t even order because she ordered online and heard the workers laughing at her over the speaker. So unprofessional. Her drink was also made poorly. It looks and tastes like milk. So dissatisfied and disappointed. They also always get the munchkins order wrong. Always give me chocolate when I say not to in the online order. For being a frequent buyer and $9 a drink, service should be better. Love the place, but not the works that target her. (Some workers are kind though!)

- RRRANApr 22, 20261.0Worst service and staff ever. First, rude Wednesday teenagers, they close at 6:30 when they should close at 7, and they do not mad my drinks well. They also never tell you the price at the speaker and don’t even talk to you. What happened to “hello!” or “have a great day!”???? They blast loud music when it is a place to study. Always looking the door 40 minutes early too. Super dirty and seems like they do not even clean the tables. There’s only one nice girl and she sounds so nice and only works at the beginning of the week.

I asked for light ice, but she clearly didn't provide it. Also, on one of them, she didn’t even select light ice on the menu item. The food and drinks were good, but they weren’t even full. There was about an inch at the top that wasn't filled with liquid. If you’re thinking about getting a drink, I'm considering going to Starbucks instead or trying a different Dunkin' location. This place is horrible, and they need to improve their service. I hope they can help me out.
