- KKKerri Kohler6 days ago1.0Small burrito. Didn't double wrap like I paid for. Thankfully the queso was free because it was grainy and blah. The cilantro lime sauce was awful. The cilantro was barely chopped. 4 inch long leaves of something, and the sauce looked like it had spaghetti in it because the stems of the cilantro were so long in it! I didn't want to believe the horrible reviews, but I'll never return to this store.

I watched an employee drop food on the counter and then put it back on my plate. When I asked for a fresh plate, he refused. I made it clear I didn’t want the food after that, especially since the rice had been dropped, but he was rude and dismissive. This is not the level of hygiene or customer service anyone should expect. I hope management addresses this seriously.
