  Horrible experience the manager was nothing but rude to everyone refused me for a water cup because I am a teenager and “i am a hooligan” food tasted horrible I don’t know how it’s possible but whenever the rude manager is here my food always tastes bad my steak was chewy and tasted horrible and let me be clear the workers are fine it’s just the rude manager who is rude to everyone she kicked someone out because he asked for queso and they had some in the Togo area and refused to give it to him everybody I know ego has has had an encounter with the manager lady has had a terrible experience and something needs to change

  This was one of the most upsetting customer service experiences I've ever had. As soon as we walked in, a staff member immediately approached us yelling that "no loitering" was allowed. We hadn't even had the opportunity to order food—we had just entered the business. We were later told to leave while we were trying to retrieve a wheelchair. As we were complying and leaving, the staff called the police and falsely reported that we were refusing to leave, even though we were already doing exactly what they asked. Being treated this way in front of my children was incredibly disheartening. My 6-year-old autistic son began crying and asked, "But we're not bad guys. Why did we get kicked out?" No parent wants to see their child left feeling that way after simply walking into a business. Based on how quickly we were confronted and treated from the moment we entered, I left feeling that we were discriminated against because of our appearance. Whether that was the intent or not, that is how this experience felt to me. I hope this business takes a serious look at how customers are approached and treated. No one should have to experience this or have their children witness such a humiliating and unnecessary situation.

  I stopped here with my family of 4 and had unacceptable experience. They were not busy. The salad lettuce was wet, gross and looked past its Best Buy date. I specifically asked the gal ringing up our order for an iced tea and upon going to fill it up, the entire container was empty. Both associates were clueless and one was very rude. He couldn’t believe that I had the audacity to ask for a refund. He said, ugh I just got here so I don’t know and ignored me and walked away. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like that needed a serious clean. The restaurant had dirty tables everywhere, a huge spill on the ground by the garbages. We notified the cashier of the spill and the safety issue but she did nothing about it. My daughter kindly perused trying to get a refund later for me but it was like pulling teeth, she offered everything to her but what I asked for. We will never be back. I should have looked at reviews prior to stopping.

  It’s honestly insane that this location has so many negative reviews, yet nothing ever seems to change. I paid full price for a Hot Honey Chicken bowl, and somehow the one thing missing was the actual honey chicken. Everything else I ordered was in the bowl—but not the main protein I paid for. This isn’t just a small mistake when customers are paying over $10 for a meal. After reading the reviews, it’s disappointing to see that issues like this keep happening with no noticeable improvement. Management needs to start taking these complaints seriously because the consistency at this location is unacceptable.

  My boyfriend went to chipotle tonight, got two kids meal quesadillas, asked the workers just to put it in one box so he didn’t have too many things to carry. The manager was working the register and opened the box and started yelling at my boyfriend saying he was trying to scam them. He explained he was fine with paying for 2 of them and that’s what he expected anyways and does this all the time. The manager continued to yell saying “this is not a thing you are trying to scam me.” My boyfriend payed for his meals and carried on. Him and his friends went and got their drinks, his 3 friends got water and my boyfriend got a pop because his kids meal comes with a drink. The manager walked over and looked in all of there cups and yelled at my boyfriend for not getting water. My boyfriends said that kids meals comes with drinks. She continued to yell and kicked them out, staff and customers were watching laughing due to how rude this lady was. When my he came home and told me and his sister what happened, his sister explained how she kicked some of them out due to them “not getting anything”. This manager is known to be extremely rude to customers and needs to be fired ASAP. The reviews here are horrible, figure it out.
