  SUPER dirty location and nobody too concerned about it. Both inside and out. We didn't see any clean space inside to eat so we went to the patio which was just as bad. If this is the housekeeping culture in front, what does the kitchen in back look like?? 😮

  I was really happy to see that Alexandria now has a Chipotle as I was driving thru. I decided to stop and get some tacos. I was very pleased at the amount of meat that they gave me. It wasn’t too much, but it definitely was enough, which is hard to come by nowadays at chipotle. Everything tasted fresh and warm. The inside was very clean and the tables were cleaned up for you to stay and eat if you needed to. I was also happy that the prep area was clean as well. The employees were very kind and helpful and it was a great experience overall.

  My family and I ate here for the first time ever, our expectations were exceeded!! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were great, they were super patient with us when we asked questions about the menu. I’d 100% eat here again!!

  I’ve been a Chipotle customers for decades. Sadly, the Alex unit is one of the worst I’ve ever visited. After 3 visits, I will not likely return. Staff seems inexperienced, not customer focused, and slow, among other things. The place is unclean and seems poorly managed. The serving area was gross on the last visit and the outdoor patio trash bins were overflowing. Regional or corporate mgmt needs to get involved to get this unit on track! I see someone from Chipotle responded. I’m not going to reach out to corporate and spend more of my time on this. You’ve a problematic new unit that needs attention. Fix it.

  Stopped in on a Monday afternoon at 3pm while taking a break from driving On I94. The food was ok, staff seemed friendly. However, all the tables were dirty, the beverage area was a disaster with spills, garbage laying around, lack of silverware and straws us all the garbages were overflowing. Floors definitely needed a sweep and possible mopping. No customers at the counter but not one employee came out to clean up any of these areas. Also, Bathrooms had no hand towels.
