My honey/lavender iced latte was pretty good and quite sweet. I forgot to tell them to decrease the sweetness. That's a preference though.

We only got about five sips before the cup was empty because it was almost all ice. When we politely asked if they could remake it the way we originally ordered, they refused. We also ordered a decaf iced coffee with caramel, but it wasn’t made correctly. At first, it wasn’t even decaf, and after that was corrected, there was still no caramel in the drink. The mistakes were frustrating, but what really disappointed me was the lack of customer service. We weren’t asking for anything extra just for our drinks to be made the way we ordered them. Instead of fixing the mistakes, they refused to remake the drinks. Because of that experience, I do not recommend this location.
