The section around the top looked crusted with dried up cream. When they poured this cream into my coffee, it curdled, was sour or something. It was unacceptable! I said we have to start over, and they dumped the offending product. The replacement seemed OK, and the dairy product was poured from a different carton. I’ve never had such an experience at any Caribou.
