- EEemily evansSep 23, 20265.0Newer guy made my shake, said it was his second time making a shake and to let him know how it was. Well it was incredible! Best Shake I’ve had in a long time! Both guys working were very kind and helpful.

My boyfriend went up to the register to get clarification - he asked if they meant not taking orders for a bit or - and the employee immediately cut him off and said that the manager left for St. Cloud and didn’t sign onto the register so he couldn’t take orders. My boyfriend went to ask him another question and he ignored him completely and asked two guys that were next to us what they wanted on their burger and told them they weren’t getting charged for it. Overall, super disappointing experience. I understand that things happen that are out of your control, but the fact that two people were being served and not getting charged seemed unfair and like poor business etiquette.

When they come out white and not even warm on the inside, and still smell frozen, there is an issue. Multiple times in a row now this guy has done this. He acts like he has no idea what is going on when we ask for cooked fries.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
