  We stopped at this location on Monday 5/11 and I have to say that it was the cleanest restaurant/establishment that I have been to since after Covid. The service was great and the food was nice, warm and crispy! I like how you don’t use a ketchup dispenser, the packets seem much cleaner and more controlled creating less mess and contamination. We are from Cloquet, and drive through on our way to Fergus Falls and will be sure to stop again! Please give Kudos to your workers for having pride in their work!!!

  My family and I stopped here to have some ice cream and talk after dinner on 3/21/26. We ordered and went to sit down. Over half of the dining room was blocked off. The portion of tables that were open were all dirty and other customers aside from my family had noticed. We chose to sit at tables that were blocked off. We received our ice cream and shortly after staff came out and asked that next time we request that the tables get wiped off instead of seating ourselves elsewhere. 5 minutes later at 7:03 the same staff member came out and told us that the dining room was closed and that they were locking the doors asking us to let them know when we wanted to leave. This made my family and I extremely uncomfortable and we knew that is not in fact when the dining room closes. It was very clear staff just did not want more tables to clean off and this situation caused other customers to leave. Do better aitkin DQ. We will not be back👎🏻

  Update: so while I appreciate the response, and I did come back during the day, I had to change my rating down. Definitely not coming back to this location again. If you order here in the future, make SURE you verify your order and GET A RECEIPT. They decided they knew better than me because what I ordered would be “more expensive” but that ignores the reason I ordered it that way. There is a difference between I want a cheeseburger with no cheese and I’d like to upgrade a different part now for a little more money to save a lot later. Original: Supposedly they “confirmed the hours” three weeks ago, but the drive through was closed half an hour before they said it should be.
