  Haven't been to TB for years. The only reason I stopped was to get my mom nachos while in the hospital. $15 for a nacho and Chalupa??? Was expecting to pay about $10. NEVER going back.

  I would give zero stars if I could! Terrible service at this location. Long waits, and the orders are always wrong. Stay AWAY! Had 3 chips and cheese on my order. 2 of the bags had like 5 chips in them , and they shorted us a cheese.. and yeah chips and cheese are 3.30$ each now.

  Second time going thru the drive thru st this location. I always get a number 2 and a burrito supreme. Both times the burrito shell was old and the burrito was under-filled. The tacos were not supreme either and barely had any meat. I called to tell them and they didn’t even apologize at all. They did ask if I wanted it remade, but I was already home and in my comfy clothes, so I said no. It’s just the lack of care and lack of apology. Kinda crazy.

  Know it's short staffed and that sucks but my order is wrong or literally falling apart (like hard shell tacos in 2 pieces) more often than it's right. Right now they're only taking mobile or door dash orders but have the menu screen up (could at least turn that off since folks can't turn around once they enter the drive in - so if there is a door dash order ahead of you you just gotta sit and wait or navigate backwards if no one is behind you). My standard for places open late aren't super high but I'm gonna go back to avoiding this location altogether.

  I've had some pretty bad taco bell experiences but never such bad service that made me not want to go back to that location until here. Impressive really.
