Tried calling the store sat on the phone for 5 minutes and no answer. Go up to the store, door is already locked and the place is all cleaned up! Tried making us pay for the order AGAIN after we weren’t refunded for the first canceled order. Watched the same thing happen to another customer as well. Absolutely ridiculous. 🤷🏼♀️

I placed the order ahead of time and showed up when it was supposed to be ready, only to find out the employee hadn’t made it because he said he didn’t see the order. That was frustrating, especially since we were expecting to pick it up and go. To their credit, they made the order while we waited, but the overall experience was disappointing. For the amount of money I spent, I expected more flavor. The pizzas were okay, but they lacked the bold, fresh taste I usually expect from Papa John’s, and they just didn’t feel worth the price. I’m hoping this was just an off day because I know every restaurant can have one. Better attention to online orders and a little more seasoning and flavor would have made a big difference
