  My mobile order experienced some kind of error that caused it to charge me without going through. Staff was rude and made me wait for over half an hour. Management was snarky and talked down to me like I was a child.

  Their bathroom was an absolute disaster. Water everywhere, and I mean everywhere. Feces all over the toilet. Stall door latch was broken. Wet paper towels everywhere despite their not being a paper towel dispenser. No way the employees didnt know. It tool all day to get that filthy.

  I went to use the restroom and there was dried poop on the toilet seat. I wipe it down with the disinfectant wipes I had on me. There was still a tiny piece on the toilet. No one was the front counter once I got someones attention he put his hands on his head and walked away. I also walked out of there bit by something in the bathroom. I left without ordering I was to scared to eat their. Wish I could give NO stars

  Me and my friends came to get some food after practice and we didn’t order much mainly a mcchicken and some nuggets and the place didn’t seem busy or understaffed and we thought the food would take maybe like 10-15 minutes, NO it took 30-40 minutes and they forgot our drinks and they took another 10 minutes like bruzz 💔 but that one lady was so sweet I feel bad for her ☹️
