  I ordered a wrap for future delivery later in the day, it arrived past the window I chose. Please stop using Uber Eats to deliver! My cold sandwich and pasta salad arrived warm because the driver drove around the block at least 3 times and then walked around with my food in hand looking for me. You also forgot toppings that are supposed to be on the sandwich. Never ordering this location again.

  working team members at this location say “hello” to you, as you walk in. Some other JJ locations are not so nice…

  If you don't have a delivery driver for the day, turn off the ability for people to order delivery. Don't use Uber to bring me my food. I ordered a toasted sub that arrived cold because of this. Get your affairs in order. Trying to make sure that customers are taken care of by hiring a third party is actually hurting your service. Or make sure the food is only just ready when the driver gets there. It's getting ridiculous.

  Good food, they really load it up when you ask for extra of a toppings, which I really appreciate. Not a celiac-safe location for the unwiches, though. I've had good luck not getting sick from other locations but this one is two for two on cross-contamination getting me
