  Went to the sonic in Wyoming, Grand Rapids. Not impressed. Staff seemed very annoyed to take the order and deliver it. Food was edible but have definitely had better service and food with the other sonic in Grand rapids. Will not go back to this one.

  Most of the menu order buttons are broken. Kinda seems like its just another drive through burger joint now. The employees seen to have no spark at all , just there for the paycheck.

  Only use exact cash or card at this location. I gave our car hop 33 cents for exact coin, she brought us 67 cents and argued, rolled her eyes and yelled OMG when we asked for a manager after she said it's correct change and she's done with us. It's not a lot of loss of money, but it's the point. The manager did correctly the change and gave us our dollar.

  Neat experience. Employees are pretty nice from what I've experienced. The food is mediocre. Unless you get the smash burgers... Their normal frozen patties are not great. You can tell they have so much filler and not good quality. But cheap food fast

  Rude service members I ordered mobile and followed what I was told to do. No signs on the parking saying they weren't bringing food to cars. They force you to use the drive through. So you park, shut off your car, and then the lady tells you to use the drive through. When the whole point of moblie ordering is to have it done when you get there.
