- RCRae CroffApr 30, 20261.0At 2 pm I ordered 2 McChickens had an appointment I went to take a bite not even a min after leaving McDonald's and it was cold to the touch I was driving couldn't call to complain so took it back after my appointment at 3 pm and was told the problem was it was a hour after the purchase so McDonald's if you did your job correctly the first time there wouldn't have been a problem to start do better

- MCMichael CrosbyMar 26, 20261.0Food was good. Service here is terrible and has been for awhile. A lot of employees are hard to understand and communicate with. Recently dealt with false advertising with the new Mario movie toys. Poster is up at the restaurant and ordering through the app or self service kiosks shows the toy available for happy meals. However the toys received were the older Changeables series. Attempts to swap toys or even get clear answers was met with conflicting information. At first was told that the toy received was a Mario movie toy. Obviously it wasn't and after further inquiry was told they didn't receive the shipment and then later that they were sold out. I get it, its a McDonald's. Still would be nice to get what's advertised though, kids were disappointed too. I recommend going to other McDonald's, the one on 44th street is better.

I was holding on for like 5 mins. I went to the window because I was in a rush! One of the young workers had an attitude saying “You do my job” I think the workers at this location need much training and learn how to work the headsets. Food was not fresh! Old fries and bun was hard on my sandwich.
