    worst sandwich ever. after telling me i couldn’t even get a mini. seems like they just threw everything on the bread and didn’t even try to make a sub. lost all appetite after seeing how poorly put together it was.

    We ordered 7 sandwiches from Jimmy John’s to take with us to the beach. Unfortunately, every sandwich that had lettuce had lettuce that was brown, wilted, soggy, and slimy, with quite a bit of brown lettuce mixed throughout. It was honestly pretty unappetizing, and we ended up being very disappointed with the order. We eat at Jimmy John’s frequently, so this was not what we expected at all. I initially reached out because I was concerned about the quality and freshness of the lettuce, especially given the recent concerns surrounding lettuce and food safety.

    We have been very sick for over week. Only 2 of us got the shredded lettuce. Both have had the same issues. I went to the doctor and they tested me for anything that it could be. All points back to this. Now I gave a friend that has the same issue and they say it was Jimmy John's as well. On GR Informed there are others saying the same. I dont believe the location is at fault but what they got from corporate. I dont know if corporate see these, but they should investigate this issue.

    Just placed a order through mobile app and every time it places at this location when I changed it the manager called and claimed they couldn’t deliver that far “ couldn’t or just lazy “ would of given bro a $27 tip to just bring the sandwich and refused to do so so now I gotta wait 3 to 5 business days and I used rewards to get this sandwich that I’m never getting back this is the 2nd time this has happened and nothing was done no action nothing very unprofessional if you ask me
